« Picked up the key, but only returned to the van after hours. Door did not lock at all and the bolt came out when the key was turned. Called the emergency number, only to be rudely told "What do you want me to do about it, I'm at work 30 min away". « To start with, the description of the apartment is totally misleading.We chose the "stunning views" in case the weather was bad. The "stunning views" from the apartment are of a section of formal garden with a clipped hedge around the rotary clothes line. We had expected rural views..
